CO2 welder • Oye, Ekiti State

Now hiring: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Oye, Ekiti State. You will work at an automobile body shop. On a typical shift you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₦11,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
