Immediate opening: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Baltimore County, Maryland. The job is on commercial fit-out projects. On the job you will handle: • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams What we are looking for: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
