Immediate opening: delivery truck driver (Alabama)

Now hiring: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Pickens County, Alabama. You will work at a haulage company. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips The role involves report defects and book the unit in for servicing; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels.
