Mechanical press operator wanted in Meigs County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Meigs County, Tennessee. The job is at an auto components factory. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
