Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press setter operator in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. The role involves set up and change stamping dies and tooling; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
