Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Franklin County, Maine. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
