Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble cutter in Orleans County, Vermont. You will be based on a hotel and villa renovation project. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades The role involves: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $240 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
