Lift installation engineer — Maui County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Maui County, Hawaii. The job is on a high-rise construction site. The role involves measure rope tension and check for broken strands; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
