Aluminium workshop fabricator • Plymouth, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Plymouth, England. You will be based at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Day to day you will de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes 4+ years on the tools preferred. £1,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
