Urgent requirement: gang bricklayer (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Richmond County, Virginia. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Your main tasks: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser Rotating shifts.
