Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass cutter in Coleman County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift Your main tasks: • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris 5+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
