Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
