Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Charlton County, Georgia. You will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
