Now hiring: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Henry County, Indiana. You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Day-to-day duties: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency 5+ years on the tools preferred.
