Groundworker — Ogbadibo

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundworker in Ogbadibo, Benue State. You will be based with a civil contractor. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Physically fit and comfortable working at height On the job you will handle: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
