Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation installer in Tishomingo County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing The role involves: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
