Your main tasks: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Write and edit G-code programs at the control You should have: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
