Join our team: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Cherokee County, South Carolina. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. Day to day you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; load and index turning tools in the turret. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
