Fabricator-welder — Lee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Lee County, Iowa. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Six days a week, one day off.
