Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Green County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience.
