Great opportunity: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Pickett County, Tennessee. The job is at a manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
