Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Gasconade County, Missouri. You will work in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience.
