We are recruiting: ladle pourer (Mississippi)

Now hiring: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Leake County, Mississippi. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. On the job you will handle: • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch Ideal candidate: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
