Fabricator-welder • Clark County, Idaho

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Clark County, Idaho. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
