We are recruiting: scaffolding erector (Missouri)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Cole County, Missouri. You will be based at a shipyard. Day to day you will tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out. Ideal candidate: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Rotating shifts.
