Now hiring: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Snohomish County, Washington. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
