Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Dillon County, South Carolina. The job is at a land-clearing site. The role involves clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
