MIG/MAG welder • Braxton County, West Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Braxton County, West Virginia. You will be based on a structural steel site. Day to day you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
