You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience On a typical shift you will recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
