Now hiring: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Cayuga County, New York. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. On the job you will handle: • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes 3+ years on the tools preferred.
