Injection moulding machine operator wanted in Chippewa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Chippewa County, Michigan. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Rotating shifts.
