Captain waiter wanted in Kalkaska County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Kalkaska County, Michigan. You will work at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
