Immediate opening: pipe fitter (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe fitter in McLean County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy plumbing and sanitary firm. Day to day you will install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns; replace worn washers, seals and float valves; install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps; carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs; trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits; solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
