Steam press operator — Tazewell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a steam press operator in Tazewell County, Virginia. You will be based in a garment export house. The role involves: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
