Finishing plasterer • Cherokee County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Cherokee County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Day-to-day duties: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster Full-time with occasional weekends.
