Mechanical press operator wanted in Bradford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Bradford County, Florida. You will be based in a sheet metal stamping unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Your main tasks: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
