Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Lewis County, Idaho. Requirements: • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections The role involves: • Punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
