Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Warren County, Virginia. You will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
