Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Rotating shifts.
