Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Jefferson County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
