Great opportunity: heavy equipment operator (Idaho)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Butte County, Idaho. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat On a typical shift you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
