Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
