Join our team: line cook (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Benton County, Missouri. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
