Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Warren County, New Jersey. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
