Countertop fabricator — Sir Powys

We are recruiting: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Sir Powys, Wales. You will work in a stone processing yard. The role involves restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
