Join our team: we are hiring a tig welder in Shira, Bauchi State. Day to day you will carry out 6G pipe welds where required; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints. Ideal candidate: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Part-time with flexible hours. ₦120,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
