Dishwasher wanted in Vermilion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Vermilion County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Six days a week, one day off.
