Join our team: steel erection rigger (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Carroll County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
