Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
