Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Panola County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $160 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
